The room was dimly lit and had an unpleasant smell that did not go away even after opening the windows. We also had trouble with the heating system, which was not working properly. Even though it was cold outside, the room was too warm and we couldn't adjust it. our Christmas stay at this hotel was not enjoyable due to these issues.
